Most Proven Oil Reserves Country

The 2022 BP Statistical Review of World Energy states that Venezuela has the most proven oil reserves in the entire world. Saudi Arabia's 298 billion barrels of proven reserves barely beat Venezuela's 304 billion barrels. Both are significantly more than the 69 billion barrels of U.S. proven reserves.
